A simple key to get over stress related to frustration and ensure success in your chosen path.

Image
Do you often feel frustrated? Where does this frustration develops from? A very simple answer is not getting what you had expected. Frustration signals directly to the feeling which comes after consequent failures even after numerous trials. You feel frustrated when your efforts were honest and you did the best you could have done, but the results did not meet your expectations.       Let me tell you this feeling may not help you to gain success later but it is surely gonna let you have some losses for sure. Your body and mind would get a negative signal and would act accordingly after that. They might gradually begin to remain in the stressful situations even after such situations have passed already. It would subconsciously feed in your mind that you are in a situation that is terrible for you. And thus, the results would hamper the biological processes in your body. Persistent stress and frustration might lead to p...

Miss you Maa .. A sad hindi poetry by Sonal Singh

Image
"Miss you Maa", the phrase itself says it's whole story. This poetry brings out the pain that most of us face or are destined to face in this world and is something that we can't just run away from or can skip this feeling if he are lucky enough to have felt a mother's love and care in our lives ever.      The pain is equally invincible and has no substitute. But what is that which makes this poem so much different? It's the regret, the feeling of guilt that a child feels once he or she has lost the most loving and caring person in his or her life. The regret of not being with her, your mother, when you could have been. The regret of not having the time to live some happy moments in her presence. The regret of not ever keeping her as your priority despite being her priority ever since you have been born.       It's obvious that bringing someone back is not possible, nor can we stop anybody forever. Sooner or later, every...

I Miss You Papa .. An emotional hindi poetry by Sonal Singh

Image
"I Miss You Papa", is an emotional masterpiece poetry that can lead one to tears. The feeling of losing a parent, a father, is one such irreparable loss, that most of us in this world are destined to face, sooner or later. There is an outburst of memories that one has with their father, is what is seen in such a situation. And the pain is just unimaginable.       We generally are under a notion that everything will remain as it is forever, our life, our family, our loved ones, and this notion makes us take our important support system, our parents, for granted. This is sad, as no one is able to change anything they did in the past, and there is no possibility to correct our mistakes even after we realise it, as there is no way to bring back the ones who have left this world. All we have with us is guilt and sadness.       The poem here, brings out minute details of every moment one experiences with a fat...

We keep preparing for that one time when we would live but no one ever knows if they would be alive till then or not. This hindi poetry over here tries to bring out this same message and makes the readers reflect whether this way of life is good or not? It encourages them to wait for a moment and observe the nature and it's beauty. The poet over here asks to wait and watch how everyone looks like when they move in a crowd like a herd of sheeps. Tere jaane ke baad.. Hindi poetry by Sonal Singh

Image
Why has suicide become a common term these days? Why has the youth found it to be the most appropriate thing to do when situations aren't going the way they expected? Why can't we keep fighting? What is it that we think death would give us that life cannot? And who has given us the right to take away with us the happiness and smile of all those whom we call our loved ones? Don't you think there can always be another option if one door is closed? Yes there is always another way to choose, and if not, why not choose to switch your destination. One never knows where can his happiness he found.      This poem brings out that feeling, that emotion that stays with those who have lost their dear ones through this act of killing themselves. We can't talk to ones whom we have lost but we can at least try to save those who want to choose the same fate. You can also watch this poem in the form of a video for a better experience. Maa tujhe log kyu samjh nahi paaten... Hindi poetry by Sonal Singh

Image
For a mother, her child is the first priority in life. From the very beginning of his existence in her womb till the time he is independent, she nurtures and protects the child. And is a support even after that. Honestly speaking, it's just impossible to even reciprocate the amount of love and care a mother gives to her child but it is surely possible to give her at least what we can. But another bitter truth is the fact that this hardly even happens.      This poem over here tries to reflect on this fact. We don't have any idea how much injustice we do to the most important lady of our life. So let's begin: To have an amazing experience you can also watch this poetry video in the link below:- To watch this poetry video click here Kudrat ka karishma ho ye kyu hain bhul jaate..? Maa, tujhe log kyu samajh nahi paate? Kho kar apni neendein kisi aur ne na sulaya hoga... Mamta bhari awaaz se kisi ne na bulaya hoga.. Chot lage jab k...

Vo Lakshmi jo puji nahi jaati... Hindi kavita

This is a hindi poetry which brings out the feelings of being a part of such a society where females are often treated as people who do not have any authoritative role in a family. Be it their parents house or their in-laws' , a woman has to struggle hard to find a place that she can call her own. A lot of reforms and newly made laws have however made it clear that a female is as equally a rightful owner to her parents'property as the male child but this is just a law that hardly people think they should even bother about.      Even in the at her husband's house where a woman should be considered as a family member, years pass when she is taunted for her upbringing, and reminded that she is from some other family.      Honestly, there are a big number of families even today, who believe that a woman's universe lies around the happiness and we'll being of the male members of her family. Here's the poem that brings out this message and tell...

Let's talk about anger issues...

Image
Is there anything as such as not being furious? Or probably you dream to be someone of that sort. You say you get angry, but it's not your fault. But then it is also you who says you would control it.  An interesting fact that I came to notive about anger is, that it isn't something that you think you can suppress. You would fine millions of people telling you about controlling it, ignoring it or simply not feeling it. Just try to imagine a different situation. Suppose you get hurt while playing, cooking, or while doing anything (activity isn't important). A sure shot outcome would be pain from that hurt. Now imagine someone telling you, ignore it, ignore your wound, ignore your pain, or simply don't feel the pain. How would that sound like?  Craziness? Or something you would call nonsense? Isn't it?       Now try to relate this with your situations, don't you feel the same when you are angry and some one advises you...

Am I the one to be questioned all the time? A whole bunch of questions that arise when we are depressed..

Image
Everything you did in the past simply feels worthless just because of one unexpected outcome which you may or may not be the cause of. Have to be taken for granted and left unattended just for that single unattempted mistake of yours. Regret? But for what? For not being able to do something you couldn't do? You have people with their own list of expectations, simple or complicated, they would want things to happen the way they like.       Behave according to the needs and beliefs of the society. Dress the way they like, work the way they tell you to, like whatever they stereotype you to, and above all, well nothing comes above their wishes. You believe you can change the world? You feel you are better in something you like but they don't? You are simply supposed to act, act the way they tell you, not an inch of inacuuracy is acceptable.       You think you are strong enough? There are examples o...

The only problem was that I was hungry..

Image
Don't you feel sometimes people around you seem too annoying but those reasons did not bother you so much in some other point of time with the same people causing them? Do you really think every issue that comes up needs a big fight or argument to be resolved? Or probably you are the one who sometimes feel like surrounded by a bunch of idiots having no common sense at all. You see you have been under a very common situation and that doesn't even seem like a problem. Neither did any of you guys ever realised nor did I. I admit, I had been in to same situation when I felt and reacted in an overwhelming way. My views suddenly changed when a certain activity came in between as an interval. Slowly and gradually I felt like agreeing to something that my own subconscious mind popped inside my head. I agreed to the fact that I overreacted previously over the situation which was possibly a mistake but did not deserve a big punishment rather could be handled patiently or simp...

Blind people do have eyes sometimes...

Image
I don't know how to start with it. It's actually something that I feel is not an imagination, but seems really silly when jotted down in the form of text. In the age of technology we have seen ourselves standing on the very narrow border between what we called as modern and age old mindsets. Most of us lie in the midst of the past and future generations and our mind works in that very manner. We have parents who had been living all their life following rules and regulations set up for them by their parents or guardians. And then we have a future generation that believes in freedom from all sorts of boundaries set up to cage their passion and dreams.       All we do is continuously struggle to find an easy way out to satisfy both. I see this everyday. I see it all live in front of my eyes. It's my cousin I would talk about. It's his girlfriend who is completely unknown to me and who actually feels that I have...
