A simple key to get over stress related to frustration and ensure success in your chosen path.

 

    Do you often feel frustrated? Where does this frustration develops from? A very simple answer is not getting what you had expected. Frustration signals directly to the feeling which comes after consequent failures even after numerous trials. You feel frustrated when your efforts were honest and you did the best you could have done, but the results did not meet your expectations. 
     Let me tell you this feeling may not help you to gain success later but it is surely gonna let you have some losses for sure. Your body and mind would get a negative signal and would act accordingly after that. They might gradually begin to remain in the stressful situations even after such situations have passed already. It would subconsciously feed in your mind that you are in a situation that is terrible for you. And thus, the results would hamper the biological processes in your body.
Persistent stress and frustration might lead to problems like depression, anxiety and even physical symptoms like headache, body pains, stomach ailments, memory loss, brain fogg, blood pressure issues, heart complications, and many other problems, some may be permanent or fatal.  
     You might have not realised that these can be the possible outcomes of a very common and basic habit that almost all of us share. Thus, no one even thinks it is needful to find a way out of it. But the truth is, yes we must now find a solution now. Something, that is possible for everyone and is easily accessible.
     The first thing we must know is actually what can make our frustrations go away. Is it that all our wishes come true? Is that possible all the time? No, right. So, what can we do? Look, first you need to understand why do we need our wishes to come true. Somehow it is to give us inner peace and satisfaction that something good has happened to us. And that is the key. 
     Now how can that be possible that we get that peace and satisfaction even after being in a terrible or troublesome situation. You know the secret to the happiness of great men even in the times of struggle had been so simple that you won't even believe it is real. But I would tell you from my personal experience that it certainly is. The secret to their smile and inner peace is, GRATITUDE. Yes you got that right. A very unimportant word for you all this while. But you know it has been my partner in stressful times and it would be a great friend for you too.
     You might be confused as to how can this be possible. Although it's not possible to cover the entire topic of gratitude in just one article as such but yes I can definitely try to explain you much of it which you with regular practice can experience and understand even more.
     Just like your brain take your frustrations as a signal to painful and stressful situations, it similarly takes the feeling of gratitude as something good happening around you thus giving you an inner happiness and sense of peace. 
Thankfulness can not just help you get out of your stress, but helps your brain function better. It clears out the clutter which otherwise would have bothered you to an extent that one part of your brain would have been constantly thinking about your worries and pains of life and that portion would have been occupied for that purpose. 
     You know you are in a situation you might have not wished for, so why would you be thankful at all? That's an obvious question. But just think again and ask yourself, do you really don't have anything that you won't have regretted losing? Is there no other important and great thing that you have in your life? You do, isn't it? It might be your family, your friends, your partner, your children, your health, your best memories, anything that has ever given you some kind of comfort. It may be a public service if you look around, it may be the gifts of mother nature, it may be the facilities that you still enjoy, it may be the meal that you had today, it may be the life you are living. The basic idea is that you don't need to find things to be thankful, there are a lot of them, just have a look around. 
 
    Learn to thank every opportunity you get to prove your worth, in every difficulty you face. Thank every good thing you had in a day, and do it regularly. When this gradually turn into habit and you begin to enculcate gratitude in your life as a permanent aspect, there would be a detoxification of all the negativities that you carry along with you. Every win would ofcourse give you sense of happiness but every failure would be a lesson and a satisfaction for you after that.
     You would begin to attract more positivity in your life further and then would slowly feel like there is something magical happening around you that has suddenly changed you badluck into prosperity. And this is not only because of the satisfaction that you would get, and the gratitude that you pay, but it is because of the law of attraction that attracts the forces of the universe to give you more and continue offering you with the positivity that you keep in your mind constantly. There would be a magical attraction of success in your life in whatever fields you want or whatever wishes you have.
     Being thankful from the depth of your heart certainly gives you more and more reasons to be thankful again, and the more negatively you think, more you would attract. It's not an easy task to completely detox your mind in the very first day. Take your time and practice regularly. Exercise your mind to remind it of things you should be thankful of and why. Make a resolution, and don't worry, you don't have to always wait for new year to come to decide to bring a positive change in your life and that of others. See visible positive effects on your physical and mental self if you practice it religiously with a sense of trust and not criticism.
